On Tuesday, September 30, 2025,at 1:00 p.m., the Office of Early College will host a webinar to review the FY26 Early College Planning Grant (FC461) and provide any additional information applicants may need. Early College Planning Grant GEM Availability
Please see the opening dates and deadlines below, as the FY26 Early College Planning Grant (FC461) is not yet available in GEM$. On the RFP, applicants will see there are two options available, Option A and Option B. Please apply according to the requirements stated in the RFP. For FY26, FC461 is targeted and not a competitive grant. As a result, the process and format will be completely different from previous years, which will also be covered during the webinar.
In GEMs, after the webinar, Option A (FC461A) will be available on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to applicants who submitted a letter of intent to apply for Designation in Summer 2025.
In GEMs, Option B (FC461B) will be available on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, for applicants who completed the Alchemerrequirement by the deadline of Friday, October 3, 2025.
For both Options A and B applicants, submissions will be due in GEMs on Friday, October 31, 2025.
